Sleep Hygiene… Simple remedy for Insomnia!

  1. Set and maintain a regular bedtime, every night.
  2. Have dinner at least 3 hrs before going to sleep
  3. Do not exercise at least 3 hrs before bedtime
  4. Avoid coffee, tea, smoking or tobacco 3 hrs before sleep
  5. Avoid emotionally upsetting activities close to bedtime
  6. Make comfortable bed, ambient temperature, dark & quiet room before falling asleep
  7. Avoid daytime naps
  8. Exercise regularly. Avoid inactivity.
  9. Enjoy relaxing bedtime routine for an hour before bedtime.images (1)
